WET PROCESSING OF POWDER
AN.Industries wet ground powder is produced from natural scrap through a series of processes, including cleaning, washing, purificating, wet grinding, drying, screening and grading. The unique production process retains the sheet structure of Industry , therefore wet ground powders is featured by large radius-thickness ratio, low sand and iron content , high purity, whiteness and glossiness.
DRY PROCESSING OF POWDER
In dry processing high-purity powder is produced by mechanical grinding. We adopt total enclosed filling system to guarantee quality during the whole production process. In the screening process, we also employs proprietary equipment and technology to ensure uniform particle distribution and stable quality.
COLOR SAND PROCESSING
Color sand is made from marble or granite through selecting, crushing, grinding, grading, and packaging. We can produce about 50 different colors of sands. The plant capacity is 50 thousand tons one year.
GRANITE PROCESSING
We have different devices for different uses. What we can do includes cutting, edge polishing, chamfering and carving. Our products range from worktops, window sill, wall facing, granite tile to exterior wall dry hanging stone, paving stone, road traffic stone, granite headstones and cemetery monuments.
